Appearance: Medium ruby with reddish rim

Nose: Aromas of violet, black cherry, black currant, cloves, smoke, leather.

Palate: The wine is dry, with medium+ acidity and medium+ tannins. It is medium+ in body with high alcohol. Flavors of blackberry, licorice, game lead to a long finish with developing tannins.

Serve: 16–18 °C

Pairing suggestion: Beef kebab with creamy mashed potatoes.

Personal note: The wine is abundant in fruit with excellent structure and remarkable aging potential. Enjoyable now, but likely to develop beautifully with a few more years of bottle age.
