    The wine has a captivating pale gold color , high acidity , medium alcohol and medium body , with creamy mousse .
    Aged on the lees for over 3 years , which is double the legal minimum defined by the AOC .
    The estate was founded in 1734 by Jacques Fourneaux , making it one of the oldest champagne houses .It was acquired by the wine merchant family Taittinger in 1932 .The Domaine owns 288 hectares under vine , making it the second largest producer in the region .

    The wine is pale ruby in color with reddish rim .

    On the nose it has a beautiful bouquet of red flowers , red cherry , strawberry smoke , clove and wet rock .

    It has high acidity and medium+ tannins.High alcohol level and medium+ body .
    On the palate the wine shows flavors of red cherry , blackcurrant , blackberry and flint .
    The finish is medium+.
    The wine could be drunk now or in the next few years .
