Outstanding wine from Wairau Valley, the second home of Bourgeois family from Sancerre
Marlborough, New Zealand | Sauvignon Blanc | 14.1% | Clos Henry | $29.99

Appearance: pale lemon, bright and clear
Nose: Aromas of elderflower, green apple, lemon peel, and passion fruit, complemented by notes of green bell pepper and flinty minerality.
Palate: Dry, medium–bodied, with vibrant acidity and a silky texture. Pronounced flavors of green apple, quince, melon and fresh cut grass. The finish is long, refreshing and mineral–driven.
Serve: 7-10 •C
Personal note: One of the more elegant Marlborough Sauvignon Blancs I’ve tasted, balancing vibrant fruit with a refined mineral finish.
