Appearance: Pale lemon

Nose: Aromas of acacia blossom, grapefruit and bruised pear, complemented by notes of smoke, flint and almond.

Palate: The wine is dry, with bright acidity and moderate alcohol. Medium bodied, the palate has flavors of honeycrisp apple, lemon, nectarine, charred wood and marzipan. The finish is mineral and precise.
