Carricante | Etna’s elegant white
- Carricante is native to Sicily and finds its finest expression on the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Grown at elevations of 900-1200m above sea level, it naturally retains high levels of malic acid
- Climate: Mediterranean with high–altitude influence
- Styles: still dry white wines, single–varietal or blended
- Structure: dry, high acidity, medium body, moderate alcohol, mineral finish
- Classic Aromas: lemon, lime, apple, white peach, nectarine, acacia, honeysuckle, orange blossom, honey, flint, petrol (with age)
